Creating an account is simple. Click the "Get Started" button on our homepage and sign in with your Google account. Once signed in, you'll be taken to the My Assessments page where you can start your first personality assessment.

No credit card is required to create an account or take your first assessment.

The complete assessment takes approximately 15-20 minutes to complete. It includes five different personality frameworks:

• Big Five Personality (IPIP-50) — 50 questions
• DISC Work Style — 12 questions
• Attachment Style — 15 questions
• Enneagram Type — 9 questions
• Core Values — 10 questions

You can save your progress at any time and continue later if needed.

Yes! During the assessment, you'll see a "Save & Exit" button at the bottom of the screen. Click this to save your progress. When you return to the My Assessments page, you'll see your in-progress assessment with a "Continue" button.

Your progress is saved to your browser, so make sure to use the same device and browser to continue where you left off.

All plans include our complete suite of five scientifically-validated personality assessments:

• Big Five Personality (IPIP-50) — Measures openness, conscientiousness, extraversion, agreeableness, and neuroticism
• DISC Work Style — Identifies your primary work behavior style (Dominance, Influence, Steadiness, Conscientiousness)
• Attachment Style — Reveals how you form relationships and collaborate with others
• Enneagram Type — Discovers your core motivations and growth areas
• Core Values — Identifies what drives your decisions and priorities

Our assessments are based on well-established psychological frameworks that have been validated through decades of research. The Big Five (IPIP-50) in particular has excellent reliability and validity scores.

For the most accurate results, we recommend:

• Answering honestly rather than how you think you "should" answer
• Completing the assessment in one sitting if possible
• Choosing the answer that reflects your typical behavior, not exceptional situations

Yes, you can take the assessment multiple times. Simply click "New Assessment" from your dashboard or the user menu. Each completed assessment is saved in your history so you can track changes over time.

Personality traits tend to be relatively stable, but you may see some variation based on current life circumstances or increased self-awareness.

The AI Profile is a personalized summary generated by AI that synthesizes all five of your assessment results into a comprehensive personality portrait. It includes:

• Your key strengths and potential growth areas
• How your personality traits interact with each other
• Communication style recommendations
• Tips for working effectively with others

The AI Profile is designed to give you actionable insights, not just raw data.

To create a team, go to the Teams section from your dashboard. Click "Create Team" and give your team a name. You'll receive a unique invite code that you can share with team members.

Team members can join by entering the invite code on the Teams page. Once joined, their assessment results will be visible to the team for collaboration insights.

The AI Coach analyzes your entire team's personality data to provide personalized recommendations. You can ask questions like:

• "What are our team's strengths and weaknesses?"
• "How can we improve communication?"
• "What personality types would complement our team?"
• "How should we handle conflict between different DISC styles?"

The AI Coach is available on Team and Pro plans.

Team members can see summary information about their teammates (DISC type, Enneagram, etc.) to facilitate better collaboration. However, detailed assessment responses and raw scores are kept private.

Team administrators have access to more detailed views through the "Our People" section to help with team composition and hiring decisions.

Yes! All paid plans come with a 14-day free trial. No credit card is required to start your trial. You'll have full access to all features included in your chosen plan during the trial period.

Absolutely. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from the Company Settings page.

• Upgrading: You'll be charged the prorated difference for the remainder of your billing cycle, and get immediate access to new features.
• Downgrading: The change takes effect at the start of your next billing cycle. You'll keep access to your current features until then.

We accept all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. For Enterprise customers, we can arrange invoicing and purchase orders.

All payments are processed securely through Stripe.

If you cancel your subscription, you'll continue to have access until the end of your current billing period. After that:

• Your individual assessment results remain accessible
• Team features become read-only
• You can export your data at any time

We retain your data for 90 days after cancellation in case you decide to reactivate. After that, data is permanently deleted per our privacy policy.

Yes, we take data security seriously. All data is:

• Encrypted in transit using TLS 1.3
• Encrypted at rest using AES-256
• Stored on secure, SOC 2 compliant infrastructure
• Backed up regularly with disaster recovery procedures

We never share or sell your personal data to third parties.

By default, your detailed assessment results are only visible to you. If you join a team:

• Team members see summary information (DISC type, Enneagram, etc.)
• Team administrators see detailed profiles to support team development
• Your individual question responses are never shared

You can leave a team at any time if you no longer want to share your profile with that group.

Yes, you can request complete deletion of your account and all associated data at any time. Contact us at support@teamassessment.app with your request.

Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. We'll process your request within 30 days in accordance with privacy regulations.
